Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | spayed | 10 lbs
Our dog, a 10# Shih Tzu/Chihuahua mix is lethargic and the tip of her tongue is sticking out. This came on very quickly. We are giving her water via a syringe every 15 minutes. Do you have any idea what could be wrong with our little Lu Lu?

Poor little LuLu! Lethargy is a very general sign of illness, and it could be caused by systemic illness, infection, inflammation, or injury. I would monitor her tonight, and if she is still acting this way in the morning, have her seen by a vet. Best of luck.
