My 8-week kitten stopped eating/drinking, on IV. Will she survive?

My kitten is 8 weeks old. She stopped eating and drinking and so the vet put her on iv for the past 2 days. they will test him for an infection or virus tomorrow. but what do you think? will he survive? Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | unneutered

That’s tough. It sounds like your doctor and you are doing everything possible to get Shere Khan better. It really depends on the underlying cause.
