My male dog's testicles are swollen with bumps, but he's not in pain. What should I do?

Pet's info: Dog | American Bully | Male | unneutered | 50 lbs

My dog is a house dog. I take him on walks daily with no issues. However, after talking on a walk yesterday, I noticed this morning that his testicules were swollen. He doesn't seemed to be in any pain. I also checked to see if I could see any insect bites, and I noticed two small bumps. what could I do to get the swelling down? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Testicular swelling could be a sign of infection, a tumor, or torsion. Pimple like lumps on the scrotum are relatively common and may be a sign of an allergy or may be nothing to worry about. I would recommend having your vet examine Cyrus to determine what is causing the swelling - they can then recommend appropriate treatment.
