My dog ate carpet and drywall. He's vomiting. Is it an emergency?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | unneutered | 1 year old | 62 lbs

My one year old dog has been vomiting and having diarrhea for about a week now... he cannot keep any food down but is willing to eat. He staying hydrated. He ate some carpeting and drywall last week. Will this heal on its own?

No, this will not heal on it's own if this has been going on for a week. It's extremely serious Bentley can't keep any food down, and I would be very concerned this carpeting and drywall could be causing an obstruction. This is a medical emergency, and he has to see a vet now. Please take him into one immediately.
