Pink sore on my dog's hind leg, no pain or discharge. What's wrong?

Luna's hind leg has this pink sore. Although, there isn't any bleeding or pus discharge. It causes her no pain or discomfort. What could this be? Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 2 months old | 45 lbs

This looks like a localized allergic reaction. I suggest you apply some topical hydrocortisone cream to the area 2-3 times per day. If after 5 days it does not look better then I suggest you get Luna to your vet for an exam. Hope this helps. Best wishes.
