Why does my puppy have vulva discharge if her UTI test was negative?

Is this discharge that coming from her vulva ? The vet took UTI test weeks ago and it’s all negative. Pet's info: Dog | Pembroke Welsh Corgi | Female | unspayed | 3 months and 25 days old | 13 lbs

This appears normal to me. Puppies often get "puppy vaginitis" and it is usually not serious and considered normal. I would not be worried unless the discharge is excessive, the discharge is a dark green color , there is any difficulty urinating, she is licking the area excessively. Hope this helps. Best wishes.
