Why is my cat lethargic and messy 4 weeks after having kittens?

My female cat had a litter of kittens 4 weeks ago. Tonight she is very lethargic. She pooped all over her self I’m worried and don’t know what to do. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 8 lbs
