My rabbit's eye is red. Is it an emergency after a dog attack?

Updated On September 23rd, 2025

So my bunny’s eye has recently slowly gone red. Last week, my dogs were near my bunny and might’ve possibly attacked him. It’s the corner closer to his left eye that is red.

You need to have Bea seen by a vet first thing in the morning. Any eye problem is considered an emergency because leaving it untreated can lead to vision loss. The vet can diagnose what is going on with his eye, and can treat it. Best of luck.
