My dog has scabs on her nose and bumps on her forehead. Should I worry?

We noticed some scabs on our dog’s nose. She also has bumps on her forehead. Any idea? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 3 years and 9 months old | 53 lbs

Scabs like that can be a few things. Sometimes it’s a one time infection. Sometimes it’s related to allergies and sometimes it can be related to hypothyroidism. Your fastest option is to have her examined by the veterinarian. Lesions on the nose may not heal very well with topical medication because pets lick it off.
