I have a 1y9m doxiepin with multiple symptoms. He is neutered with normal appetite & energy. He recently switched gradually to raw diet (meat organs, with mid-grade kibble). He has dandruff from white, flaky, oily skin clumps on his skin. his fur grows through it and can easily fall out. He itches/chews paws a lot. His eyes also seem to have a white/blue film over his whole eye & he sometimes seems to have impaired vision.

The skin changes could be due to allergies or skin parasites, but the recent diet change could also be to blame. I would recommend feeding a commercial kibble with 10% or less of the diet made up of treats or table food. I don’t see anything unusual in your picture of Tripp’s eyes but I’d recommend having your vet examine his eyes in person to make sure. His skin could be examined at this visit as well.
