My cat is anxious. Why is he peeing, pooping, and meowing everywhere?

Hi there, I recently moved in with my sister and her kids, and brought my cat last July. He is constantly meowing m, urinating, and pooping everywhere in the house and I think it's because of anxiety as I leave every other week for a few days for work. How do I get him to stop this as it's stressing everyone out? Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Mediumhair | Male | neutered | 5 years old | 12 lbs
