Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 30 lbs
Mixie has had this lump on her back leg for a very long time, and it has never been a problem. The vet even told us that if it does not bother her, don’t worry about it because it may be difficult for such an old dog to go under anesthesia. She’s is about 13 or 14. Her lump has been getting much bigger relatively fast within these past few months. She also has several smaller lumps on her stomache. They are all soft, not hard. Is this normal for older dogs, or should this draw concern?

That lump is quite big, and given that it's gotten bigger quickly in a short period of time, it is a worry. I would take Mixie back into the vet to have this checked out. It may need to be removed. Best of luck.
