Why is my cocker spaniel vomiting milky substance with a neck wound?

Hi. My cocker spaniel has a wound on the back of his neck. He has had no injury that I am aware. He also threw up a milky substance. I will attach pictures.

Hello, and thanks for your question about Cooper. From the photo, it looks like Cooper may have some sort of focal skin infection, or possibly a little growth (cysts are very common in his breed). The vomit photo looks like normal stomach bile with some undigested food. I recommend having Cooper seen by your vet. They can determine the best course of action for that skin (antibiotics, surgical removal, etc) as it is unlikely to resolve with anything over the counter, and can help determine why Cooper has an upset stomach.
