My dog's DCM isn't responding to furosemide. What else can I give her?

My dog has dcm and furosemide is not working anymore us there anything else I can give her

There are many medications which can be used to support dogs with DCM but none of them will cure the underlying muscle weakness. There are additional diuretics to reduce fluid build up as well as medications to improve the strength of the heart during beats and sometimes medications to improve the rhythm and blood pressure depending on her exact signs and symptoms. I strongly recommend a recheck with a specialist cardiologist or a vet familiar with treating giant breeds
