My dog has red, smelly skin patches. Is it yeast? How can I treat it?

My dog has gt some red patches. The infected area is smelling. it is some what like yeast infection. Please help me with the treatment .

If the problem is localized to the paw then you could soak the paw in a warm Epsom salt solution and see if that helps clear up the infection. If there are skin lesions in other places on the body then you could bathe with a medication dog shampoo, like Douxo Chlorhexidine shampoo. Otherwise, he should be examined and treated by a vet. He might need an antibiotic, antifungal, and/or other medications to treat.
