My dog has hair loss and fleas. How to tell if it's allergy or mange?

My labrador is having severe hair loss, he has been suffering from fleas. I just have a doubt whether he has this hair fall due to flea allergy dermatitis or it is some other condition like mange. I want to mention you that my labrador got Demodex mange at the age of 4 months and recovered completely from it by his 5th month. Can you tell me the key difference between mange and flea allergy? Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 1 month old | 45 lbs

It would be impossible to differential between mange and a flea allergy without seeing Bruno in person. A skin scraping would need to be done to diagnose if there are mites or not before it can be ruled out. I would take him into the vet to have this problem diagnosed and treated. Best of luck.
