Cat coughing, wheezing, sleepy, and not eating for days. Vet now?

My cat recently for the the past three days has been very sleepy,been coughing wheezing/bad breath not eating. I’ve recently got him to drink water but he had went into a frenzy of coughing/wheezing. I was thinking a respiratory infection. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered

This is a medical emergency if Cheese hasn't eaten in three days. When cats go that long without eating, they will develop a fatty liver that is fatal without treatment. I agree he could have a respiratory infection, but based on the fact that he's not eating, he has to see a vet now. Please take him into one immediately.
