Cat has healing leg scab from fights. When to see vet? How to mediate?

Hi thank you i just noticed a large, looks to be healing yellow scab on the back of my long haired cats leg I trimmed her fur to see Is the vet worth a visit? last I went they barley felt skin just her fur (very thick) to feel for scratches left from a recent fight, no medicine or advice. it is from a cat fight but isn’t a raised scab But as large as a pink finger nail She isn’t bothered when I press,pinch under or squeeze Fights everyday with random cat,I need advice how to mediate

If she has no fever, pain or lameness I would continue to keep the area clean using saline or dilute chlorhexidine or iodine based disinfectant and monitor for any additional marks which may indicate an infectious cause. Handle with care and wash hands thoroughly as ringworm can appear similar to this in some cats and can be contagious to people
