Why is my cat pooping on only one bed? Is it a health issue?

My cat has pooped on a bed twice. One time a few weeks ago and one time today. He doesn't poop on any other bed. Just that one. I think it's because of the mattress. He's never gone to the bathroom on anything besides his litterbox, so this is extremely strange behavior. Pet's info: Cat | Manx | Male | neutered | 2 years and 9 months old | 13 lbs
