Lesions that look like that are commonly bacterial infections, ringworm (which humans can get) or skin mites. A trip to your veterinarian is the best way to determine the underlying cause and provide appropriate treatment fast. Best of luck and please feel free to post any additional questions.

Hmm this skin lesion could be ringworm or some other kind of infection. I recommend a vet visit for a skin scraping to determine what is causing the hair loss. He may need to be on antibiotics or anti-fungal medication.

That distribution of lesions being circular is not a typical pattern for the mange. Allergies, ring worm, or a skin infection are possible causes of the hair loss and sores. A vet can do a skin scraping to check for mange mites to be sure and look for any external parasites or ringworm. From there can further discuss allergies and the cause whether food or environmental to help keep her skin under control. There is not much you can do at home unless you find out the cause first.
