My budgie can’t fly like it used to If he cones out he tends to walk on the floor. Snaps a lot if you try to stroke him. Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Male | unneutered | 16 years and 3 months old

A veterinary visit is necessary to assess his condition and recommend treatments. Providing heat support in the 85-90 degree F range might give some comfort but is not a cure. Good luck.
