Our dog has this weird breathing problem, it almost sounds like he has a hair ball like my cat, we were told its reverse sneezing, is that even possible?

Reverse sneezing is a real condition. I recommend to go look up videos on YouTube and see if that’s what Spencer is doing. There are also other conditions possible. You may try to record an episode and then have your veterinarian watch it. That is your best way to get the correct diagnosis. I hope this helps and please feel free to post any additional questions.
