My dog's E-collar is chafing its hip surgery site. What should I do?

dog had hip surgery Mon. Looks like collar is irritating the top 2 pins. All the others are fine. Redness extends where collar chaffs. On antibiotics. No fever. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | spayed | 19 lbs
