My new cat has a swollen bump under its chin. Is a vet visit urgent?

It feels like one of my cats neck glands is swollen, theres a very noticable bump under his chin/neck, the other gland doesnt appear inflamed, should i take him to the vet immediately? his behaviour did seem slightly off but i might just be seeing that now I've noticed the bump. hes only just been adopted 5 days ago and hes an indoor cat, 6-8 months old. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered
