Why does my dog have pimples on his muzzle and neck? Should I worry?

So I notice jules has pimples not only on his muzzle but his neck too, I don’t want to pop them but should I be worry and I wanted to know what cause this. Pet's info: Dog | French Bulldog | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 8 months old | 22 lbs

This could be from a skin infection. Definitely do not pop them. I'd take Jules into the vet in the morning. The vet can diagnose the cause of the pimples, and can treat him for them. Best of luck.
