My male Chihuahua is constantly whining, he's not neutered & I have a female pitbull in heat-what can I do to resolve this irritating issue? Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Male | unneutered | 3 years and 3 months old | 3.5 lbs

Chico is whining because he wants to mate with the female in heat. You can remove the female in heat from your home until she is out of heat (have her stay with a friend), or have him stay somewhere else until she is out of heat. The way to stop this permanently is to have him neutered and your female dog spayed.
