Why does my dog pee when I come home? Anxiety or excitement?

Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua (Smooth Coat) | Female | unspayed | 5 lbs

So my dogs healthy just want to know what’s best for my dog when I have to leave her home. Anxiety or Calming medications? And is there something for her peeing all over when I come in?

If Kyra seems to have some separation anxiety then a supplement could help, but behavior modification is probably more important. It sounds like the urination is probably submissive or excitement urination. You should keep greetings very low key to help prevent this.
