Why is my dog's right paw swollen? When should I see a veterinarian?

Hi. This is for Sadie . I noticed that Sadie was chewing on her paw . Did some home treatment and her paw has healed. Then I noticed that both side of her right paw is swollen

If the paw is swollen, I recommend to have her seen by her veterinarian. Swelling in the feet is not normal and may not be related to the previous paw pad issue. Hopefully it’s nothing serious. Please feel free to post any additional questions.
