My cockatiels are puffed up and inactive. Are they sick or too cold?

Hello Everyone, I have 4 cockatiels, 2 female and 2 male. one of my females was very good and active and ate very well after I bought a new male for her, this male was puffed up almost half a day. I think he is young that's why he puffed up. but recently I saw my female bird also puffed up and less active. she eats well drink well and she cleans her self but she puffed up. My new Male bird is also singing and whistling but puffed up. Can anyone help me..I'm so worried about my female and 3 also.

Thanks for reaching out about your birds and including a photo. Birds can be fluffed for basically two reasons: too cold or ill. Providing supplemental heat in the 85-90 F can test for the first one. If no improvement or worsens a veterinary visit is recommended to test for contagious diseases and prescribe a treatment. Good luck.
