Why is my dog weak and breathing hard after Cerenia with a liver mass?

My dog has had a mass on her liver for years that is slowly getting bigger. Took her in today for vomiting and diarrhea and she won’t eat. They gave her Cerenia and I’m wondering if she’s having a bad reaction because she’s very weak and has labored breathing since we got her home. I doubt it's the cerenia, it's more likely the cause of the vomiting that is making her weak, a large mass on the liver can cause very severe symptoms, i think you should bring her back to the vet in order to have a blood test done.
