Maltese puppy with lump, eye issues, and overdue shots. Vet?

hi, i have a little puppy maltese, he is 2 months and 3 weeks old. He need his shoots and last week we saw him bitting his leg and licking it and we found this little ball we are really worry about it and we not sure where to take him or if he need surgery or something. Also his under eyes get orange, we try to clean it with warm water and it gets clear but a few days after it goes back to orange and around his eyes it gets a little red. we live in the bronx, 10473. You need to take Gizmo into a vet. The vet can diagnose the cause of this bump, and determine what the treatment is needed for it. The vet can also do his vaccines and check out his eyes. Please make an appointment for him with a local vet. Best of luck.
