My moms 10 yr old imperial shitzhu started acting oddly Saturday. She hasn’t wanted to pee or poop and we just noticed near her lower abdomen it’s jaundiced and cold? She’s taking her in now to be seen. WhAt could this be . She does love to eat at the wood from the table

Poor Kiko! Jaundice is usually by either liver dysfunction or destruction of red blood cells. The doctor will run some blood work to determine which is present and then determine appropriate treatment. You are doing the right thing by having her seen quickly.
