10 week old puppy liquid yellow and tiny bit of brown secretion from one ear scrathiching ear and Yelping and shaking head? What to do? Is it bacterial or ear mites

Poor Tupac! You can’t tell what type of infection it is without a microscope. It sounds like he is in pain and I recommend to have him examined by his veterinarian. In general, you might infections are not common in dogs. Each type of infection requires a specific medication. If yellow liquid is present, this often signifies a more severe infection.
