What can I feed my picky dog who only eats ground beef and turkey?

My little dog will only eat meat, ground beef and Turkey. I do not know what else to feed her, that she will eat. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | 26 lbs

I typically recommend offering all varieties of texture (wet and dry, crushed kibble vs. whole kibble) and offer various sizes and shapes of kibble.
