Pet's info: Cat | British Shorthair | Female | unspayed | 8 months and 11 days old | 4.4 lbs
My indoor cat (9mo old) has been licking the inside of one of her front legs. She's pulled out her fur in that area. She's also been scratching the area right in front of her ears more than usual. There's been no change in diet. No other abnormal behavior. She's usually a skittish kitty and scared of most sounds. She lives in a multi-cat household. the other cat is her younger half-sister (weights more and more affectionate so she gets more of our attention). Please help.

Since you are noticing multiple locations affected, I recommend to have her examined by her veterinarian and checked for external parasites. Allergies or anxiety could also cause similar symptoms. Anxiety licking tends to be on the lower legs and the belly. They generally don’t scratch more due to anxiety. If the doctor thinks it is more related to anxiety, there are some things you can do at home. Please repost if you have any additional questions and best of luck.
