Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 4.9 lbs
Hello. My cat is 18 or 19 and is in kidney failure. I've been taking her to the same vet for 2yrs. I think it is very close for God to take my cat Mona. Why did my vet get mad when I asked for a copy of the blood work. I wanted to spend the week end researching, studying and praying about whether it's the right time to let her go. I don't understand why my vet got so mad. We had a falling out and Mona is close to her last days.

While I am not sure why your vet got mad at the fact you asked for your blood work, it is never a bad idea to get a second opinion. If you trusted your veterinarian and want to have them help Mona I would call the office and let them know the reasoning behind why you asked. Otherwise, I would find a new veterinarian to discuss Mona's case. Thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
