My dogs are vomiting, lethargic, and have diarrhea. Vet visit needed?

Hi, Over the last 2 days my dog has been throwing up and is very lethargic. Today he had diarrhea and I can constantly hear his stomach gurgling, he also doesn’t have an appetite. Today my other dog started throwing up and is lethargic. Is this something that could pass or should I be taking them to the vet? Thanks, Nick. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 3 years old | 80 lbs

Hi Nick! I would definitely take them both into a vet now. It's quite concerning your dog has been throwing up and is lethargic for two days, and now has diarrhea and no appetite.
