My dog eats my other dogs poop. She has done this since she was a puppy. Nothing I do will stop it. She is 1 1/2 years old. I have tried sprays and putting distaste in her food. Could she be vitamin deficient?

It could be Luella Rose is suffering from a nutritional deficiency, she could have intestinal worms, or it may be she simply likes the taste. Make sure you are feeding her a high quality dog food like Royal Canin, Hill's Science Diet, Purina ProPlan, or Iams. Also make sure her deworming treatments are up to date. Finally, keep her away from other dog's poop as best you can. I hope this helps!

Unfortunately, this is a common and gross problem in dogs. Sometimes it's because they just like the taste, but it can also be a sign of a medical illness such as intestinal worms or an inability to digest nutrients properly. I would have Missy seen by a vet to rule out a medical cause behind this, and if one is found, the vet can discuss treatment options with you such as a dewormer. I would pick up your other dog's feces to prevent Missy from eating it.
