I recommend bringing Lola to a veterinarian. It is ok to wait until your regular veterinarian is open unless she isn't doing well. This can be a hernia, a growth, and abscess, etc. Without a physical examination it is difficult to determine what exactly this is. Thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
