My puppy with coccidia is lethargic and peeing a lot after IV. Why?

Hi! My 12 week old puppy has coccidia and is on Primore and Metronidazole. He has only been on it for 2 days. Today he is still extremely lethargic and now just started urinating a lot. He did have the fluid IV 2 days ago. Would he be urinated a lot from that or do we need to worry about something else causing it? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 2 months and 24 days old | 13 lbs

That is unusual to see excessive urination two days later. I recommend to call his veterinarian and tell them what you are seeing at home. They will likely recommend to recheck Harvey to make sure he’s not having some sort of reaction or a concurrent disease state.
