What is this in my puppies vomit, some type of work but what? Pet's info: Dog | French Bulldog | Male | unneutered | 4 months and 19 days old | 12 lbs

That does not look like a normal intestinal worm. Intestinal worms are white or light yellow. I suspect this is something he ate. Wrap it up in a baggie and take it to be examined by your veterinarian. To be safe, have the store checked for worms since some rooms can be spread to humans.
