One of my puupy's eye has a membrane on it and her eyes not apeared, she's just two and half week. I pour penestreson which include penicilin-g, Streptomycin, Dexamethasone. now she has sterilled eyes and no discharge anymore but still there is something on her eye, i can not recognize if it is second eyelid or a membrane. I took her to vet which is the only vet in my village and he said I have no idea. Now I am worry for her eye and I don't know what to do.

It is possible this is a congenital abnormality. Some dogs can be born with a condition called microphthalmia where the eye is very small and under developed. Some dogs maybe born with a persistent membrane over the eye as well. Unless your veterinarian thinks antibiotics are needed, I don’t recommend to use them. As she develops you will get a better idea of what is happening. You may also try resubmitting your post with a photo. That may make it easier to identify. Best of luck and please feel free to post any additional questions.
