Pregnant Yorkie 50 days: No puppy movement. Is jumping safe?

Pet's info: Dog | Yorkshire Terrier | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 2 months old | 4 lbs

Hello i have my female yorkshire pregnant 50 days now..when do puppies begin moving in her belly? Becauce i didnt fell nothing!! Can these be died inside her? Also she jumbs from bed on and off but she acts normaly healthy...is it risky like this?? Wait your response thanks...

Generally you cannot feel the puppies moving until the last one to two weeks of the pregnancy and at this point in her pregnancy, you are not expected to be able to feel the puppies. Death of the puppies unfortunately is a potential cause and an abdominal ultrasound will quickly be able to detect if the puppies are alive or not if you are worried. Go ahead and start limiting her jumping. As she gets larger she will get more uncomfortable and the jumping is not likely good for her.     Just because you don't see the puppies moving doesn't mean they are dead, but without seeing Bella in person, I can't say for certain. That is why I recommended a vet visit for her in your previous post. And yes, jumping on and off the bed is risky, she could hurt herself. Do not allow her to do this. Best of luck.
