My cat has diarrhea, runny nose, eye discharge. Antibiotics?

Hi,my sister is sick,some human virus and she spreaded it to her cats,they share one backyard with mine,drinking from the same water bowls, when they're outside, first one of mine cats got diarrhea,he got healed after few days of treatment for diarrhea,but my other one got it and I used the same medicament,but it doesn't work for him,now he also has runny nose and eyes and the third eyelid covers little part of the eyes, should I start antibiotic or what else to give him?

I would be surprised if your sister’s illness spread to your cats as I can’t think of any human virus that would cause diarrhea or upper respiratory signs that could be spread to cats. It’s possible that the cats have something contagious however. The diarrhea could be viral or due to parasites. The eye and nose discharge sounds like symptoms of a viral upper respiratory infection. If the discharge is clear antibiotics might not be necessary. I would recommend having a vet examine your cat - they can prescribe appropriate medication.
