My dog has a lump. Cyst, tumor, or abscess? Do I need a vet?

I’m trying to figure out if this is a cyst or a tumor? It developed a week ago & I assumed it was a bee sting but he scratched it and it looks like that. I don’t know if we should take him to the vet, or clean it ourselves? Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Male | neutered

Hi, it does not look like a cyst nor a tumour but more likely an abscess. I would recommend to see a vet because I think Scooby needs to have his teeth checked and will most likely need antibiotics and a thorough clean of the abscess. Hope all goes well !
