Why is my puppy limping, crying, and stumbling after his first shots?

I bought a puppy on Craigslist being told he already had first shots but no records (he’s 12 weeks) the vet had to restart his shots today getting the recommended for first shots, he came home with a clean bill of health but since then he has cried when being picked up, stumbled over when sitting and is limping. What do I do to help?? Pet's info: Dog | Samoyed | Female | unspayed | 18 lbs

This is a side effect of the vaccination, it is quite common, it will resolve within 24-48 hours, there is nothing you can do to help with this reaction unfortunately. DO NOT give her any human pain killers.
