Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 6 years and 7 months old | 13 lbs
Hello! My cat William had a very invasive surgery six days ago to remove foreign objects from his stomach and intestines. He is on antibiotic medication and I just brought him home today from the vets. Since he has been home tonight he has had a very runny nose and has been sneezing frequently and I was just wondering if that is cause for concern.

Poor William. He has gone through quite a lot and his immune system must be run down, so he has probably picked up a virus. I would not worry too much at this stage, maybe when your vet opens give them a ring give them an update and ask them what they suggest you feed him.He is already on medications so those will help bacteria at bay, it is important that he starts eating perhaps you could offer something bland but equally quite strong smelling such as boiled white fish or tuna in water. Hope all goes well.!
