Rash/ Swelling nodes under her armpit and also pea size dots on her chest. Lower belly and legs have rash. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | spayed | 67 lbs

Hi there and thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach to address your concern. Based on your description, it appears that this could be a skin infection / irritation. Without pictures and without examining Zoey, it is difficult to say for sure. The large swellings under the armpits could be enlarged lymph nodes due to the bacterial skin infection. I would recommend having a veterinarian take a look at this so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made. I hope this helps!
