Is EnteDerm ointment safe to use on my other dog's skin scabs?

Question

I have a “EnteDerm Ointment” that my vet gave my Labrador for some scabs he had on his chest, my chihuahua Charlie has some scabs on the outer skin of his penis could I use that ointment for him as well even though it wasn’t prescribed for him? Or should I just use neosporin? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | neutered | 10 years and 6 months old | 11 lbs
