Why is my dog scooting, constipated, with white pimple-like dots?

Hello, my dog has been constipated, and now he just scooted three times on the carpet. Me and my wife looked at his anus, and found very super tiny dots. We spent the past 30 minutes looking at different causes to it. One of the causes was worms. They said the size of them are like rice. These on the other hand are way smaller then rice. They are more so like a white head on a pimple. I don't have any pictures of it, but I tried to describe what it was like in best detail. thank you. Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Male | neutered

Based on what you are describing I would be concerned that Coco may be having an issue with his anal glands. They may be impacted, infected, or need to be expressed.
